They arrived and went to work immediately. The inspected my system completely and made all necessary corrections. My system has been in the ground for 40 years and it's not perfect again. I am extremely satisfied with their work and their friendly nature and we'll hire them again when needed.

Kelly was incredible! We had a leaking valve during a holiday weekend. He was prompt, professional, and kind enough to take the time to walk through several things that were wrong with our sprinkler system - so I’d understand and make an educated choice. I’m definitely reaching out to them as we continue to improve our sprinkler system - along with anything unexpected that may come up.

James came out on a Thursday, listened to my assessment and concerns, examined the system and gave me a quote. He and his daughter showed up on Tuesday, went through every zone, addressed things that I didn't even realize were problems. I personally think my system is better than before. Definitely plan on getting on a regular schedule with them.

James and Katy, a Dad Daughter team were great. My sprinkler system had not been used for probably 14 years. They quickly found the missing heads ,fitted extension bases, corrected nozzle heads, programmed the controller and the whole thing was up and running !! I don't usually give 5* reviews, most projects have something that could have been done better. McCutcheon Irrigation provided the type of service that goes above and beyond. I genuinely can't think of anything that could have been improved. I have been a return customer and will continue returning for all of my irrigation needs.

I damaged one of my irrigation pipes while digging a hole for installing a plant. When uncovering the pipe to inspect the damage, I found that the pipe was directly adjacent to another pipe with irrigation electrical wires running between the two pipes. Once I was contacted by James of McCutcheon Irrigation, we set up a time for the repair. He arrived on time and in less than 30 minutes he had completed and tested the repaired pipe for leaks. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any irrigation project.

They were very accommodating with my schedule and we were able to set a time for them to come out when it was convenient for me. They very quickly diagnosed the problem and even checked the rest of the system to ensure it was working properly before leaving. Great people!
