The original guy was very nice and helpful. He explained they had emergency jobs due to weather and it would be at least a week b4 they got to me. Evidently he split with his partner. The partner came out again to look at what needed done, without the contract or any idea what it said, the day before the second promised work day and told me it would be another 2 weeks and he would call me. After 2 weeks I had to call him. He promised the following weekend and again to call me 2 days before. He called the day before and said his truck broke down and it would be the following weekend and he would call me 2 days before again. Again no call. I send a txt saying I had been patient and was getting upset my yard has grown out of control and a yard barn was waiting to be delivered and they were getting angry. He has ghosted me since then. It has been 8 weeks since the agreed and signed contract. I even left a message begging them to come and do it. Nothing!!

They gave me a quote almost $1K lower than the one I had to remove a 25 ft limb that fell in a wind storm, showed up on the day & time scheduled and did an excellent job. Highly recommend them!!!
