McDonnell Pest Control

Fine work

Not pushy. Fair. Didn’t try and take advantage of me.

Danny was great to work with! He was very friendly and patient with all of my questions and his prices were great. He was thorough while he was here and even gave me helpful advice about an unrelated issue I called him about over a month after his visit. I’ll be hiring him again!

service was excellent

Willing to negotiate price. Good pro

Knowledgable, courteous, professional and fair price.

I originally called for a flea problem and they came same day so I was extremely happy. Although he was late that day, I did not mind because I needed them to come out. I was charged $230, he sprayed and told me we should be fine. All during that next week the fleas still attacked us so I called them again. They charged me another $100 to come out and respray. When the day came for them to come, no one showed up. I called and was told they completely forgot about my appointment and would see what they could do. About 2 hours later the assistant showed up and sprayed again. He told me that the second spray should definitely get rid of them. Here it is another week later and we STILL have fleas. I have spent over $300 and I still have a problem. I have a son with a trache and the last thing I need is jumping bugs. Although the company is prompt with answering their phone, the actual service they provide is sorely lacking. Know what you are paying for.

Great company to deal with. Will use them again when the critters come back

Danny and his assistant, Kevin, are professional and knowledgeable about mouse and pest control. They put mouse bait stations around the house, plus I requested a perimeter pest control spray. They also suggested adding rodent spray foam to fill a small opening on porch, and to add a flange to a door on the porch. They have come back twice since the initial visit, and are good about texting me to give me a heads up about their arrival time. They are also very personable, and make mouse and pest control almost fun. I can them the Mouse Squad.

He was about 1/2 hr late meeting me at the rental with no call. Good thing I stuck around. Otherwise he explained quite a bit and seemed to do a thorough job spraying. Time will tell. Nice person. Good price.

Quick response and got them taken care of in 24 hours.

Kevin was efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explained everything to do with solving my hornet nest problem. And I was very happy to learn that company policy is protective of honey bees. My only regret is that McDonnell Pest Control doesn't fix cars or replace fences.

Kevin arrived on time, was very friendly, and the main thing is he got rid of my bees, at a reasonable price.

They were on time kept me informed from the time I hired them until they came and gave me very good service I highly recommend them

They were very knowlegeable about my ant problem. It is very interesting that the ant control that we can buy at Home Depot, Menards, etc. is NOT strong enough to get rid of the problem! Only a licensed and certified home pest control company can use the products they have. Hopefully it works! The best part of this whole experience was that I did not need to sign a contract for continuous service, like the big pest control companies require. Hire them as needed! You may not need them again!

Exceptional service and cooperation!!

Danny was professional and thorough. He made sure all bees were gone before he left.

I called McDonnell Pest Control on a Saturday afternoon. I talked with Danny....so friendly, professional and willing to help. Within an hour, he was out to my Dad's home to help with pest control. Danny was both kind, knowledgeable, and prompt! I felt he truly cared about helping my dad out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Excellent service! I would definitely call him again if needed and I would highly recommend this service if you are looking for quality work with a willingness to offer help. With all that is going on in this world, it is awesome to find someone like Danny who offers top-notch service at a very reasonable price. Thanks so much for your help!

Professional, courteous, thoughtful, and conscientious. They did an excellent job on the ants. The consultation was very helpful, and while they quickly determined where the problem lie. A few moment later they went to work. Nice people and excellent professionals.

Danny responded quickly, was polite, friendly, and informative. He was able to work me into his schedule later. He brought another member of the business with him and he was nice, funny, and professional also. Assessed the situation quickly, were done rapidly and let me know they'd come back in two weeks for a check up. They were there for me when I needed them! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Had the exterior of my house done and so far no critters around!

Super nice and did a great job!

Quick, efficient, friendly and all over good experience.
