My experience with RoseRock Properties has been very positive. Rebecca and Patrick took the time to patiently answer my many questions and concerns leading up to the signing of the agreement. The work was performed very satisfactorily well before the completion date agreed upon. My roof job (approximately 26 squares) was completed in blistering heat within 4 days. The existing shingles were removed which was a difficult job because the shingles broke and did not pull the nails out with them during removal. This required extra time and effort to remove the nails. Patrick and Rebecca did what they said they would, when they said they would, and they did it well. Iâ m very happy to think that I have found an honest, reasonable and reliable contractor â finally! - who can probably do whatever I should need to have done. I love my new roof.

I paid them partial payment and have not heard from them since.

100% - hands down!!! I live in New Hampshire. Never used Home Advisor. (Broke down and did) McDonnell Remodeling was recommended. I took a chance. This was for my dad that lives in Maine. Met with Patrick in the fall...hired him. He maintained contact leading up to our roof replacement. (McDonnell Remodeling feels like family) The instant connection is “the way life should be!” The entire crew was AWESOME! The work - Hands down BEAUTIFUL! Professional, cleaned up beyond expectations, courteous and so much fun. We can’t wait to have them do our camp roof! McDonnell Remodeling did a wonderful job re-roofing our house and installing a skylight and cable railing. Patrick, the owner, communicated well with me throughout the project and was pleasant, resourceful and creative. I highly recommend this company.

In addition to re-roofing my home, they replaced a window, installed aluminum trim on all the corner boards, and did some additional repair work on my cedar shakes. I was very happy with the work done and dealing with the owner, Patrick McDonnell, was a pleasure. In addition all work was fairly priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this contractor.

Very professional and prompt service.

We love our deck. It is gorgeous. The only negative we could find is that we had poor communication a few times. He didn't let us know that he wouldn't be working after saying he would be coming. Other than that we were very satisfied. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Project was on time and done quickly. He cleaned up and sdid not leave a scrap of wood or sawdust behind. Communication was excellent. I will use him again when I am ready for the next project.

Patrick was absolutely wonderful. He was punctual and courteous at very turn. His crew was also outstanding, very professional. The value is amazing as we had to re-roof the entire house and we didn't have to go into debt to do it!! I highly recommend these guys!!

I was pleased with the workmanship, but not pleased with the timetable. I was given dates of installation, but was pushed back on more than one occasion and the project took twice as long as quoted.
