Mr. Vernon and his assistant were awesome! then they were prompt, effifient and exceeded my expections overall! They exceeded my expectations for time to complete the job! They had a great personality, polite, and making a lasting connection, were extremely personal! We have alreay discussed other projects around the house. I would reccomend them to all my friends, family and co-workers!

Kept appointments, Came ready to work and completed the job safely and in a timely manner. They installed 2 overhead storage shelf units on a 12 ' garage ceiling.

They were great on wall repair and painting. The project looked great when they were done. The clean up from the ceiling repair was lacking on the top of the kitchen cabinets.

After a disaster of experienced with another contractor, McDowell Contractors came in. They did a first rate job on removing dry rot window sections and replacing them, as well as painting to blend. They did some electrical, repaired a shower door, power washed a dormer, and installed a vapor barrier in the crawl space after drying it out. They stayed on the job they started, got here on time, worked until the job was done, communicated with us, and at the end charged us the contracted price though we felt their labors actually went beyond that. I would not hesitate to use, or recommend them.

McDowell's Construction does great quality work and they do a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. I have recommended them to several people that were looking to get work done at their home.
