Jim installed a new culvert pipe where our driveway went over a creek in our yard. He grated the entire driveway. The entire experience from Jim's coming to my house and giving an estimate till the completion of the project was very professional. He was extremely knowledge, helpful and courteous with my questions and concerns about the best way to complete my project. I especially appreciated the fact that he continued to communicate with me though the time that I was taking to deceide which contract company to use. Unlike other professions I have worked with who could not be reached after the initial contact, Jim called to see if I had addition questions or if there was anything about the bid I did not understand. I thought this to be the actions of someone who really wanted to work and I was correct as he showed up at our house when he said that he would and completed the task in a very timely manner. Jim is personable, friendly, professional and really listens to what you are wanting to be done. I was completely impressed with his work of helping me to make my land look close to what it used to look like after it has been overgrown for many, many years. Itâ s very obvious heâ s passionate about what he does. I highly recommend his company for any job that you are needing done!

I hired Jim to prepare my site for a shop I am building in December. He was friendly and sounded like an honest guy. 3 months later, I have been forced to push my building back 3 times and STILL have a giant pile of dirt and mud that he has left sitting. I live on a hillside and my driveway is small. The mess he has left for all these months has caused me significant issues. He got in over his head and proved that he does not have what it takes to run a business with integrity. He is now trying to give me a change order for nearly 4 times his original quote. He said he stands behind his work and will do what it takes to get the job done, but in my experience, he leaves early (6 hour days), brings his personal problems to the job, and lacks the stick-to-it-ness to get a job done if there is any level of complexity. He also hit my power line and water line and left me to deal with the mess and his helper hit two of my mature walnut trees with the skid steer. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE! I am filing a complaint with the state now!
