I called McFarlands and he arrived on time which I always appreciate being a working single mother. He was very friendly and courteous. He explained everything to me in regards to my repair. I have already referred him to others and will continue to refer him and will call James again if I ever need Garage Door Service.

James went beyond the call of duty. Even though it was a simple wiring problem with one garage, he made his visit worth while by checking both garage doors and taking time to make sure everything was taped and tight. Customer service is so important to me, and he was top notch!

James was fantastic! The spring, track, and rollers broke on my garage door and would not close, leaving the contents of my garage and the interior of my house vulnerable to theft. He fit me in at the end-of-business the day I called and closed the door for me. He returned the next day to fix the door! It took James less than two hours to make the repair. I would use him again.
