We had good communications and prompt response to questions. We are new to the planning process and were somewhat uncomfortable not having a firmer design/engineering cost projection but understand that may not have been realistic on our part. We are not able to invest in the design stage at this time due to some county usage issues on adjoining property to ours. When those issues are resolved we hope to continue the working relationship with Mike.

At the start I supplied Mike with the actual list of problems the department of building and planning had with my existing plans indicating that THIS was what I needed fixed. He quoted me $4000 to take care of it stating it would take a full redraw. I paid him the $4000 and got the new set of plans. Upon going over the new plans I again asked �everything on that list is taken care of correct?� and he responded �yes, it�s all here� The new plans that he drew were again rejected by the department of building and planning for the same thing as the first. He then charged me an additional $1200 to correct the plans HE drew.
