Leather refinish looked fine at first, but there were places that were rough, making the recliner feel uncomfortable. I think that the rough places in the leather needed to be sanded first.

I had them to come out and clean a white sofa. Technician stated that he may not be able to get stains out over the phone. All of my couch seats and backs have slip covers on them. He only cleaned the actual sofa. It looks like he just used a steamer and water. Then he states that the couches looked cleaner after flipping the seats. He suggested to me that I have the covers dry cleaned to get the stains out. So I went to Pinterest and made a cleaning solution of viniger, baking soda and soap and the stains came out immediately. This lets me know that cleaning product that was used was poor quality. Dont waste your money. He never stated over the phone that he only cleaned hard surfaces. Therefore he only cleaned the arms and front of the entire couch (no stains were on those areas). He didnt clean the back or the pillows. I would strongly suggest you clean your couch first. The cleaning took about 15 minutes. I wasted $125.
