After rejecting a plumber who kept upping his estimate for things he even admitted he wasn’t sure about, I shopped around and found Benjamin. What a difference! It became clear very quickly that Benjamin really knows his stuff. Meaning: how everything in a house works and comes together. And he takes pride in doing quality work. Professionally done from start (punctual!) to finish (he thoroughly cleaned up his work area). The job started out as being about replacing our kitchen refrigerator water line valve which was corroded, and also replacing the adjacent water filter. However, once he realized he needed to open up some of the drywall to get access, he added what was needed for that to the valve materials then purchased everything in one trip. He did a top-notch job and had all the tools and equipment he needed with him. We ended up with a nice new valve and water filter, and quality drywall work including matching texture and paint (from one of our spare paint cans)— it was excellent workmanship every step of the way. Nicely done Benjamin!! Oh yeah, and honest and fair pricing.

Deck or Porch - Repair
He was on time and extremely friendly able to envision our project in his mind. He did quality work and the prices are fair and labor prices are fair. He did go beyond the estimate without any additional charges. When he said he would be there he was there on time he was there he told me. He worked with us on the design he seen our vision on the deck, he made sure the deck was done right. The deck included 4 planters and he hire him to additional work to put in irrigation for my planters. I had a wonderful experience.
