Steve was very prompt in responding to the initial query and every query since. This was important to me since I had to organize this from Chicago. He sent me a sample report so I could get comfortable with what I would get. I also wanted a WDI done on the property which he was able to arrange through his contact at a discounted price. I highly appreciate Steve's work and accessibility. (As a note, I dont typically write reviews unless I am really satisfied with a service and I almost never give a 5 rating)

Joe responded fast and his quote was reasonable . report is easy to understand and detailed. Inspected in the morning and got report in the afternoon the same day. However he would not provide a estimated cost for the repairs in the actual report. Should have asked before appointment.

Steve offered by far the best price I could find for an inspection on my town house. I only had two issues - he wrote that my water heater was gas, while in actuality it is electric and he thought my roof was covered by HOA, while in fact it is the owner's responsibility. Besides those two slip-ups, his inspection was thorough and accurate. Thanks!

Steve arrived on time and worked for several hours (10-2). His rate was beyond reasonable and he detailed items that were difficult to find. He turned around his report the next day. We called him at the last minute to set this up and he was able to accomodate that as well. I have already referred him to someone else.

briefing was supposed to be at three o'clock and by the time agreed he had not been done yet. I had to wait for him to finish the inspection about 30 minutes. Other than that; it was a good experience
