Sean and his team did excellent work on helping us fix our Garage. We needed the wood siding to be repaired and replaced as well as the side entrance door. They were very quick to respond and get in for a quote, and then continued to be timely with the work. we had contacted other contractors to do the work and they all dragged their feet to even come out, so it was a pleasant experience with McGrath. I highly recommend them for any of your construction or remodeling needs, I hope to continue to work with McGrath for any further projects we have!

We hired McGrath to replace our farmers porch and front walkway. They met with us and gave us options based on our budget, had a contract out to us with in a few days and completed the project exactly as agreed on time and on budget. The most important thing for me to add would be that they had great communication. They were honest up front about their availability and schedule, and then maintained regular communication with us before and during the project. They came when they said they would and did everything we had asked and agreed to with high quality work. We will definitely be using them for our next project.

I hired McGrath Construction to rebuild a 3 season porch built in the 50ies and falling away from the house. They listened to what we wanted to do with the space and really took into consideration all our needs. They were a pleasure to work with and we are very pleased with our new room.

I hired McGrath Construction and Remodeling in 2016 to finish my basement in Gardner MA. That project went very well, and we were very pleased with our new family and gym in the basement. I found them to be professional and courteous and their work was high quality. In short, they delivered on all things promised and we came away impressed. Earlier this year, I again hired McGrath Construction and Remodeling; this time to remodel my kitchen and install hardwood flooring on the entire 1st floor of my home. As in 2016, Sean McGrath met with us and offered ideas for our project including things we hadnâ t considered, helping us finalize our plans. The kitchen remodel included the installation of granite counter tops with a new recessed sink and a marble tile backsplash, the addition of an island and new cabinets and the installation of new appliances including a dishwasher and a over the range microwave. I can only describe the outcome of our kitchen remodel as transformational. Though my home was built in 2016, it lacked fit, finish and quality materials. Our new kitchen has improved our level of happiness with our home and unboundedly increased its value. The hardwood floor install replaced laminate flooring and the difference between the two is dramatic. The install of the flooring was meticulously done, and we couldnâ t be happier how it came out. In addition to the kitchen remodel and flooring replacement, I had a list of several things that I wanted addressed. As I mentioned, the finish work on our newer home was lacking and I asked Sean and his team to address about a dozen smaller matters. As with the main project items, all of these smaller tasks were completed well. Itâ s important for me to share that I am not an easy customerâ ¦ I have high expectations and can be difficult at times. The very few things that I wanted addressed during the project were met with cooperation and I never felt stressed about how things were going or how they would come out. I highly recommend McGrath Construction and Remodeling. These are very hard working and honest people and were a pleasure to have in our home. They did everything they promised to do and made sure we were happy before the close of work. We are very satisfied customers!

They were the hardest working guys and made every angle of my solarium perfect. I love what they did.

This company showed me that the did not care about me, they left me with poor quality work that begin to fall apart months after completion, forcing me to hire a new contractor to do all the work correctly. They never check on their works, they do no type of quality inspections and they provided me with low skill workers to complete the job when the company owners moved on to their next client work project. They did not follow their own time table to finish the work, the left equipment in my yard, they caused damage to other areas of my house and left me with a big mess to clean up. I feel the lack building remodeling planning skills, and have poor communication skills. It has become my worst nightmare after hiring this company and I am seeking all ways to hold this company accountable for their wrongdoings to me.

Horrible! Just go somewhere else. They took full payment from us saying that they will be back the same week finish alll unfinished work, and no one came or answered calls, texts or emails till I contacted the BBB. I have Siding falling off, windows without screens...thats just the beginning of it. They do not show up or answer calls, texts or emails for days at a time. They have high turnover on crew. I am going through a nightmare because of them

Quality work.

I was looking to have my basement in Gardner finished into a family room. I received multiple quotes. The difference and the reason I chose McGrath Construction was during the estimate process, Sean proposed ideas that I hadn't previously thought of. That input made the project come out far better and was very valuable to me. Ultimately, I went with McGrath and I am glad I did. Sean and his crew were awesome. The basement came out excellent, I couldn't be happier. All work was completed as promised and they kept me in the loop about inspections and work schedules. They were a pleasure to have in my home and worked in a clean manner. I highly recommend McGrath Construction!

I've have dealt with bad contractors before, but when I hired this professional he was nothing but good. I liked his work, and he finish the work at a responsible time. The professional is honest and family owned. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
