Called them and left a voice mail after the treatment but never got any response. I was able to get through onec and they informed me that they will contact me but have not heard from them.

Excellent service, timely and reasonably priced for services. Included tree fertilization/care which others did not offer. Cleaned up afterwords. Project done quickly (within 2 hours for entire front and backyard, including removal of 1 tree.& stump.

The tree was removed promptly and also a birch tree was fertilized. Upon removal of the tree, payment was requested. I said I would pay once the tree was also fertilized. I was informed that McQuinn was composed of two divisions and each needed a check. I said I contracted with one company and I would only pay when the complete job was finished. Shortly thereafter the tree was fertilized and I promptly paid. I have had other trees removed even larger ones. Each time one or two inches of wood chips and dirt was left. In this case, over one foot high was left with a small amount of wood chips on top. I called and asked to have it removed. I was told I could use the mulch in other areas and that was why it was left. I checked and it had dirt in it. Thus, I waited for a couple of months expecting the rain would wash the dirt down and the chips would be on top. I recently tried to use the mulch and found it was not mulch but dirt. I called Mr. McQuinn and he said he was the president of the local tree organization and every one called the dirt mulch. He further stated that it is usual to have this much dirt left. I told him that this was not my experience in the past and that my neighbor also had a tree removed and he did not have this much dirt. It is even more disturbing that he is a leader in his industry and does offer better customer service including setting up front expectations of his service and how it differs from others. I am requesting that you provide up to $500 to remove the dirt as I have no place to accommodate it.

Our experience was more than we expected. If it weren't for the missing limbs, you'd never know they'd been here! On time, very thorough, courtious & professional. My trees look healthy again!

Chuck was very knowledgable and quick to respond. He also clearly wanted the business without being pushy. He'll definitely be on my speed dial when I need more landscaping or tree trimming assistance.
