Rebuilding my deck (along with siding and fixing some doorframe issues) felt really overwhelming and was something I kept putting off. Doug and Dustin were both amazing to work with and took the time to walk me through all of my options. We first met with Doug for a quote for a full fence replacement on a corner lot- he was friendly, professional, and prompt. Doug’s crew was timely, nice, thorough, good attention to detail. He provided us Behr color decks, and made good suggestions. Very competitive on price, and we are happy with the finished product: we switched from a fading brown/red to a fresh blue/white. Would not hesitate to hire them again!

CPCP did a great job staining my house recently. I got several bids for the project and chose CPCP based on fairness of the estimate and clear communications with the owner. Working with Doug has been a pleasure, from beginning to end. He and his crew showed up when expected and did the work on schedule. When small issues arose (as they always will on a big project), Doug and his team took care of them quickly no questions asked. They did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied with the results--and it worked! I'm very impressed with their work and work ethic. I have recommended CPCP to neighbors and plan to hire them again for another upcoming project.

I've used Colorado Painting and Construction Pros for multiple projects including: Install wood fencing, pouring of concrete slab to widen my driveway, install of vinyl flooring and baseboard, painting of baseboard, installing of TimberTech patio. The project started out well and they did a good job on the parts that they finished. However, before the project was finished they stopped returning my phone calls and I never heard from them again.

The job was done fast but not very neat the first time. They however came back and fixed all imperfections.

poor on the communication but the couple that actually did the painting were good except they pored their mess on the lawn including paper towels and didn't discover until the snow melted. price was right though and they did everything they said they would .

All of the people on the McGuyver staff were professional and easy to work with. Their attention to detail was incrediable. Tthey also took the time to explain issues and what they could and couldn't do about them. We're very happy with their service and the job that they did.
