Two experiences with McHale: First was in 2005 to correct a leak issue created by defective vents when the house was built a year earlier. Based on a neighbor's referral, I called the McHale Company, and an appointment was set for the next day. Matt McHale himself showed up, assessed the damage, described what would be done, and assured me it would be effective. Next day his workers performed the repair at a reasonable cost - - no further leak problems. Based on that brief association, when 15 years later my roof was damaged by hail, there was no question whom to call to deal with the problem. Again, Mr. McHale arrived, explained the roof replacement procedure in detail, supplied me with choices of materials, and provided an estimate. We agreed on a mutually convenient time frame for completion and within a few weeks, the always polite and pleasant Diane from their home office called to set a replacement date. The crew arrived on the day at the appointed time, notified me of their presence, and went about their work (and yes, there was a lot of noise, of course). About eight hours later, they had finished, cleaned up the yard and driveway and were gone. A few days later, Matt personally inspected the job, answered a few remaining questions, and provided the invoice. No downside surprises. Roof looks great but most important, it has survived subsequent rainfalls without incident.

McHale was prompt in responding and fixed the problem immediately.

McHale was very prompt, handled insurance paperwork for us and replaced hail damaged roof with quality materials in 1 day. Excellent service.

Matt, the owner estimated the job and his employee Marcus completed the work today. Matt also assisted with the repairs today and this provided a comfort level knowing the owner was involved. Compared to other repairs we have had completed by other companies, this was a Mercedes repair to say the least. I watched the entire repairs and everything was done by the book. Very professional in every aspect. You could see that Marcus was very meticulous in every phase of the repair. Based on what I witnessed today,we will contact this company next year for our reroof. Joe , was very courteous and professional. I could not go up the ladder because I walk with a cane. But he told me to go out far andsee if I could see what he was doing. Today we had a bad thunderstorm and no leak. Hedid everything he said and more , for the same cost.

What impressed me was that Mr. McHale took the time to explain the problem and the options I had to fix it. He went into detail and in a way that made sense to me.
