Phillip Lare of McHale's replaced my home's entire 75 year old cast iron sanitary piping system in the crawl space and replaced with PVC. Some of the pipe had been leaking for years, especially below the kitchen sink area, and resulted in a sewage pool with sewer flies. A restoration company was going to charge me over $3000 to clean-up this isolated area. Phillip treated the area himself with cat litter and lime I purchased. Besides doing a great job on the new PVC pipe install, he did some extra clean-up work and saved me over $3000.

Ductless A/C Service
Gave estimate and charged service fee and next day they were supposed to come do work and they said they don't want the small job because they were to busy. They were supposed to replace a couple of ducts. We now paid money to them and they won't do the work they gave the estimate on.

McHales remodeled our Master bath and our hall bath. Doug helped us with all aspects of project from design to picking out materials. All work to be done was listed in a book so that each contractor knew day by day what work was to be done. Peteâ s attention to detail gave us complete confidence that the work would be done to perfection. We couldnâ t be happier with the results. We are planning a kitchen renovation and will definitely be calling McHales.

We had to call a few different numbers within the company to process our request once we were ready to hire them but this company was professional and punctual and did a great job. They gave me a few different estimates so I would have pricing options to stay in my budget and take care of the most urgent needs. The invoices and receipts always came to both me and my husband so we didn t have to forward documentation to each other. We reall enjoyed working with them and highly recommend.

The service was not good. They made the problem worse. The price was extremely high, and the problem with the toilets came back in 4 days. I have called my credit company to stop payment and they will be investigating my complaint about the bad repair service.
