Wonderful experience start to finish. Great customer service and communication. Appointments were kept and both the sales rep. and installer arrived on time. Very knowledgeable about their product and answered all our questions. The system they installed works amazing!

Pretty good experience. I seldom give a full score of 5. At any rate the water filtration system was installed well except for making a short cut in bringing an electric cord from the outlet behind the dishwasher to the area under the sink. The easiest route was taken leaving the cord exposed near the front of the cupboard. The installer was warned about this before he did it, but denied it would work out that way and failed to take responsibility and mention it after the fact. He was able to act professionally and not get upset at me when I made a mistake pulling out the dishwasher and damaged some vinyl, which I did take full responsibility for on my side. He installed the system alright otherwise, I guess...though the added faucet did leak a bit for which he had no solution since apparently a lot of them leak. Also, I was given a bid of $275 over the phone and the installer changed $299, stating that the sales person did not know the prices. I chose not to belabor this. All an all it was a satisfactory experience, though I was momentarily disappointed with the wire being exposed so near the front of the cabinet. I installed some small hooks to secure the hoses and wires that needed such. They did help me a lot, since I bought a reverse osmosis system on line and most companies would not install it, so kudos to them for helping out in when others did not or wanted a premium to do so.

Though the final hookup is still pending because the electricity hasn't yet been hooked up, McIntyre's has been attentive and consultative to arrive at the best solution for my water source.

The fellow that installed the water softener. talked bad about the salesman. Said do not believe, what he told you he is just a salesman. Then 2 days later the water softener was leaking and are water was very salty. Called them the salesman came out and turned it off . Called the and said they would be out in 2 days to fix. On the day they were to come and fix they called and wanted to come the next day. I said no I would call my credit card co and stop payment if we did not get it fixed that day. So the owner came out to fix it. It was not the water softener that was wrong it was the installation.

Chuck (repairman) and the staff were polite, friendly, professional, and fair. They provided an honest assessment of what needed to be done and performed the repair in an expert manner. They did not try to gouge me by selling me a complete new system (like some other companies did).

His service is excellent, his price is right, and he does the job good!
