Start: 7/17/2023 Estimated finish: 8/07/2023 Actual finish: 11/02/2023 Estimated: $32,500 Actual after deductions: $34,464 Overage: $1964 Matt McKenzie under-estimated by thousands ($1330 extra for sink vanity, $1138 extra for shower door) - none of which was reviewed or approved by me. Work quality: Missing trim No drawer pulls Mismatched paint (doors are different colors than frames) Mismatched cabinetry (cabinet doors are two different styles) Poorly installed plumbing (caused water damage in ceiling below) A bright pink sticker on an eyebrow window I will never be able to reach to remove (window can?t open, and it?s three stories high) Huge gaps between baseboard trim and tile flooring Extremely poor ceiling patches that don?t match the rest of the ceiling Attitude: Berated me in my home for "sending too words in your text" - told me "I don't have time to manage these subs." If a general contractor ?doesn?t have time to manage subs? - what are you paying him for? Don't.

Matt and Kandyce are very easy to work with and accommodating to customer needs. Good value for the money you spend on your reno. The company supplied the estimate for a full bathroom reno and I paid separately for the material. It worked out well and the results to my liking.
