Citadel Exteriors

I hired Citadel Exteriors to replace my roof and gave them a deposit of half the total cost. Citadel told me they would perform the work on at least 3 different dates and never showed up. Eventually, they stopped returning my calls. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND DID NOT PERFORM ANY WORK.

They are unprofessional and not trustworthy, keeping my money and not doing the work, I would call them a crook

Replace shingle roof. All work done as agreed and on time. Area cleaned as promised.

Had new siding put on by Citadel Exteriors. They came out and took off the old siding and put on the new and had it done in a day and a half. They cleaned up very good. I was worried about the siding waving with it going over wood siding but it turned out very good. I'm going to use Citadel Exteriors next year to put windows in my house. Very nice crew. Price was about the same as three other quotes that I got. I will recommend them.

The owner Gavin McKenzie followed through with my roof project from the beginning (the bidding and presenting a contract), to the day to day monitoring of the work till the project was completed. His bid was very reasonable. He came in well under the other bids I received. He made certain all the materials to complete the project were on site for a seamless transition from start to finish. His crew was very friendly and professional. They worked hard every day from tearing off the old singles, to keeping the work site clean, to installing the new shingles. Only taking some down time to eat their lunch. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished product. The only one who wasn’t happy was our cat. She lost a lot of sleep for a couple days. Just too much noise. She was thankful they finished. She caught up on her sleep. Due to what Gavin brought to the table I’ll definitely recommend his company to my friends and neighbors. Also I’ve another project in which I’m considering. I do want Gavin to be in a part of this bidding process.

The work was completed in a timely fashion, was well done, and concluded with excellent clean up. They also evaluated the final product, insisted on refining some details, and left me with an excellent new roof and an appreciation for their professionalism, competence and honesty. I strongly recommend them as a service provider. All this was achieved honoring the responsibilities associated with attention to Covid-19 precautions. As a registered nurse, I valued that.

It took only one hour for a quote to be obtained. They planned the work to be completed the next day. I received a call the morning of the work to reconfirm their arrival time. Work completed was very good.

Completed the work promptly. Very friendly and professional.

Replaced some rotted boards on dormer of house. Were prompt in responding, did good quality work at very reasonable price including painting and cleaning up. We will definitely use them again.
