McKeown's Roofing & Siding

A couple pieces of our siding fell off during heavy winds. Called Mckeown's to replace the missing pieces and they arrive the following day. Friendly and fast response! I would recommend them to anyone!

On a Sunday, despite the business being closed, Bruce Jr. took my call and gave me the best price ($285) compared to other roofers ($750) for my shingle replacement request, plus they said they could get it done the next morning. Bruce Jr. and Sr. arrived on schedule, did the repair, gave me some suggestions about next steps, and followed up with a quote for additional work based on what they'd seen while conducting the repair. I appreciate that they were clear communicators, provided a fair price, and completing the requested work in a timely manner.

Bruce and his team did an excellent job with replacing my old 90 year old slate roof and installed all new asphalt shingles on my main roof, small side roof, front and rear porch roofs. All work was performed in one day and clean up was amazing considering the mess a slate roof being dismantled creates. The workmanship on all my roofs were outstanding. Dealing with Bruce was always easy throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend McKeown's Roofing and Siding for your roofing needs. My wife and I are completely satisfied and the roofs all look great.

They Did my Roof and Siding and Window, all complete with trim, soffits mobile skirt. Bruce was great to work with. If there wasn't all these covid draw backs they Had it all done and cleaned up in 3 days. Roof 1 day, Siding and Skirt 2 days. Amazing, Bruce always kept in contact and returned any calls and answered any questions and worked with us with payment because of insurance company. Would Recomend.

In addition to roofing, he is helping me secure a contractor to complete the damage inside of my home from my old roof leak.

Overall, the roof and gutters look great and were installed well. They completed the roof in a day and then came back on another day to complete the gutters. McKeown was very responsive in all of our correspondences and answered all of our questions and concerns. However, the cleanup of our property was not done well. I had to walk around our house a few times to gather and throw away tons of debri on our grass and shrubbery. I found nails, shingles, staples, plastic, and paper (some small and large pieces). The crew had to rush to clean up after completion of the roof and likely ran out of light (October). Another issue was some of the Hispanic crew were ogling me when I had to go outside and it made me feel uncomfortable. McKeown was a good guy, but I think he needs to encourage his workers to be more meticulous and professional.

While it is difficult to rate a roofer immediately after the work has been conducted, McKeown has been extremely professional and honest throughout the sales and installation process. The roof and gutters appear to have been expertly installed and the clean up was meticulous.

Quick reply to inquiry--arrived at appointment time--inspected, and finished repair in short amount of time.--will use again.

Bruce was great! We needed a roof leak repair, and he came out thr next day to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and efficient.

It was quick response that sold me and I knew what I wanted to pay for the roof work we wanted done. Bruce came out the next day gave us an appraisal and completed the work 3 days later in 1 day. Work looks great.
