"In my defense, I never remember quoting three hundred and fifty dollars. I did quote that the bill would be a few hundred dollars. It wound up costing more than I expected. When the customer stated that I gave her an estimate of $350, I told her to just pay the amount that she said I quoted. I did not have any crack monitors with me at the time and crack monitors are not something that is used on a weekly or monthly basis."
