After going through other pool companies, we felt that we were destined to go through a new pool company every few years as we were simply not satisfied with the (lack of) service our other pool guys provided. I am glad we found McKinney through Yelp, Google Review, and Next-door App. From start to finish in our quest to find a pool company to install new equipment and offer weekly service, McKinney has not let us down and has exceeded our expectations. Weekly Service: Cole and Clinton have been the gentlemen providing weekly pool service. They have been on a rotation with one of the two coming out on our designated day, and I have nothing but good things to say about them! Very friendly guys that take their time with our pool every week. No more dealing with other companies that hire out 3rd party guys to clean for said company, in which they are onsite for less than 10mins. McKinney employees, Cole and Clinton are meticulously vacuuming, skimming, brushing (walls, steps, and tile), emptying baskets, and checking all equipment and chemistry levels. You can tell they actually care and are prompt to email a report with images of all work and reading of the pool chemistry, which is reassuring as I like to track these things and it will be nice to have it all on email where I can file it on my desktop as needed. Again, I emphasize, they take their time, and you can tell are putting in quality work! One incredible bonus is that they do not seem to mind my rescue dogs that are a little quirky, in which they tend to greet Cole and Clinton at the window with a bark or more as the guys enter the yard to access the pool. This is huge for us! New Pool Equipment Installation: The team who installed our new equipment, Seth and Scott, were a treat to have onsite. These guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. Any time I had a question or concern they had no issues stopping what they were doing to chat with me. It was apparent they really did not mind explaining the equipment to me and enjoyed the install. Very clean and professional guys that I felt that we can really trust with our new equipment. Cannot go wrong with Seth and Scott! Owner/Management: Matt McKinney is the owner who had incredible communication from start to finish of answering general questions, to receiving quotes, leading up to install, actual install, and completion. Matt was totally transparent with everything and was quick to follow up. I felt I was in good hands and did not feel that I was being oversold, which is important. We truly felt that Matt was a great resource for us and connected our needs to solutions that were appropriate. Hats off to Matt for being able to do this, as I recognize this is a tremendous characteristic, especially in our unique current situation during the pandemic. Pricing: After interviewing a handful of other businesses and receiving estimates, McKinney had very middle of the road, very fair pricing. Keep in mind, considering the quality of service and great experience with the employees, you are actually getting a FANTASTIC DEAL with McKinney for pool service and/or new equipment with these top-notch individuals that I feel honestly do care! I would rather pay a fair price with good people than getting a steal of a deal with sketchy individuals or those that have been in the business for some time and seem to not care. Overall: We have had our fair share of bad pool companies that hire out to pool cleaners that do a terrible job. We have also had our share of pool companies that came in with estimates for new equipment that were either overpriced or tried to oversell stuff we absolutely did not need. McKinney has been great so far, and this is the first time I actually have confidence in our pool and can now enjoy it, rather than feel inconvenienced by it. Thanks again to Matt, Scott, Seth.

HE the importance of the project. Even though it was a small project, he knew why it had to be done quickly. He showed up two days after I called him with the pump,and had what little standing water that was in the pool drained within two hours. he showed up promptly and was very courteous to my wife and I. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
