Kevin called the next day and had all the drawings done and brought them over that evening. Because of a discrepancy on measurements we wanted Pittsburgh required additional drawing which again Kevin did within a day. I would highly recommend him for all structural engineering services. He seems quite knowledgeable along with being friendly and expedient.

Kevin prepared the architectural drawings we needed to satisfy the City of Pittsburgh's requirement before granting a building permit to begin construction of an addition to our home. He worked well with my son (the contractor) and completed the drawings in a timely manner, going above and beyond, making a last minute change and hand delivering the drawings to my home on Labor Day! He was very thorough and offered many helpful suggestions. I would recommend him to anyone.

He did accommodate me when it came time to schedule as appointment in fact he came to my house with an hour. I was very thankful of that.
