I had several people quote on fixing my leaky metal barn roof. Vern was the only person I spoke with who I felt had some real experience with metal barn roofs, and knew what he was doing. Vern explained exactly how he would repair my roof and quoted me a reasonable price. The work was completed on time and in a professional manner. Also note that after the job was completed I called Vern with a minor problem. He responded quickly and was back out to my property within 3 days. He cheerfully fixed up a very minor problem and told me to call back if I found anything else that needed attention. Having service after the sale is rare these days, Vern is a class act.

I had been through a couple other roofers to fix a leak issue and finally ended up finding Vern from McMahan roofing. He ended up fixing the issue after a couple other companies attempted to, for basically nothing. He clearly knew what he was doing and was able to find the issue that others could not, and fixed it in no time. I ended up hiring him to seal my box gutters after and he did a fantastic job as well as fixing some slates on my slate roof. I would hire McMahan roofing immediately for any issues in the future as he knows what he is doing, does a great job, and does it for a fair price.

Vern got in touch when several others didnâ t. He seems knows what he is doing and only time will tell if the results work out.

Timely finished job

I received a response the same day of my request. And some one was able to inspect and repair my gutters on the same day.

Vern was great! He showed up when he said he would and started right away. The cost was less than what I had anticipated. I am very happy!

This gentleman is prompt and efficient and the prices are unbeatable. Had an issue with a clogged and busted gutter on 2nd story. In less than 24 hours he assessed the situation and was able to stay well past closing time to fix it. Great service! Highly recommended and the wife and I will be using his company again.

Mr McMahan arrived on time. He took 5 minutes to discover the nature of the problem and proceeded to provide a temporary fix.[It was pouring rain] We then scheduled a return visit for permanent repair. Mr McMahan is a joy to work with. Reasonable price for work.

McMahan Roofing completed my gutter repairs quickly and thoroughly. They cleaned and secured the gutters and covered them with perforated aluminum guards. This repair should last well into the future.

He did gaco patch on my roof. Extremely reasonably priced! Out of all the roofers I called he was the only one willing to fix my metal roof, rather than trying to replace it and the only one who didn’t try to charge me $10000+. I’ll definitely call Vern again to do more extensive work on it in the summer.

I called around 4 pm for an estimate. Vern stopped by just couple of hours later on his way home from a job in Hamilton and gave me a very fair price. The next day he fixed the gutters in about one hour. Prompt, professional, affordable workman. He also gave me an estimate for future work. Recommend!
