They were prompt with their quote and coming out to install the tile. Couple places in my kitchen where the tiles are not level and we stayed off the flooring for the recommended time that they told us to. Disappointed in that aspect

They were terrible. Did not use any spacers and eyeing it did not work, tiles are uneven, some tiles are higher or just one end will be higher, did not repair baseboard or trim around fireplace that they broke and they did not fill in holes that popped up in grout. They did take out and redo tiles when requested but as they were just as bad the second time it was futile. Do not hire them to install any tile.

Get a firm price before the job starts. Company came in with no prior visual only verbal instructions of angles to cut and pictures. Quoted a price by phone then jacked the price up 125 dollars, and did not cut one angle. The work is good but there are places where the tiles are uneven with each other. Not sure that isn't a trade mark with all this type work.

This was a bathroom that took 4 weeks to do and should have taken less than a week. We were lied to over and over again. I paid them way too much money for what they did and am still going to have it ripped out and redone. DO NOT HIRE!!!!! The only way that I will redo this review is if they come forth and pay to have the bad tiles re installed.

"I am so sorry for these feelings. We did actually take 4 weeks to complete the bathroom after several delays by the owner and the project was not completely ready when we arrived. Some structural changes had to be made so that delayed the project and also there was a delay because of an illness for 9 days beginning the first week at their home. There was also down time waiting for materials so for 2 weeks we were not even on the jobsite. We did our best to remedy the situation by purchasing some new materials [the special order glass tiles] worth over $200. We have returned with the new tiles and changed out several."

After they had to reschedule they laid our tile in April 2014. The tile is uneven & has places where we continually stub our toes. We asked them to come back & even offered to pay them to fix their work. They cancelled several more appointments. It is now June & their last appointment with us was for 9:30 am. When we called this morning, they said mid morning. When we called again at 11 am, they were still "on the way." I cancelled and give up trying to get them to make their work right. FYI they never call to cancel or tell you they will be late. You find out when you call them.

"I am so sorry you feel there was miscommunication. We were 5 minutes from you and told not to enter your property. Also when the appointment was originally scheduled it was for late morning in a 2 hour window. I apologize for your disappointment and in our defense I recall you rescheduled because of unavailability on an occasion. We are more than willing to make anything you feel needs to be fixed correct. It was a pleasure to work with you and again we apologize for any dissatisfaction."

April and Mac did a great job. They were able to come in and set the floor quickly and work in the shower as well. They would work around our schedule and even let the kids help. A couple of tiles were not level and they came back and did the job right. Thanks for listening to good music while my kids were around.

Wanted to get old floors out and new in before Moms return from an extended hospital recover stay. April work the project in. Complete tear out - entry, den, kitchen and dining area.... Excellent work. I will defiantly be using and recommending McMahan Tile. This site is how I came upon McMahan Tile, I had looked and checked for a contractor that I felt good about hiring... This site and the excellent reviews helped my decision. Super friendly people and professional! Job came out fantastic! Mom will love it.

They improperly installed tile and shower pan. They put us off for several weeks then ignored repeated calls,texts. Job cost me twice as much to repair damage from leaks and to replace tile, sheetrock etc. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

McMahon rep April was able to schedule my job in a hurry since I am moving. She was super friendly and professional. They did a super job installing a tile area in front of my French doors which lead outside. It looks beautiful and it protects the carpet from muddy feet. Julie
