""If you are not satisfied, then you do not owe anything"- This is one of my companies policies when interacting with all customers (including this scenario). The work is usually discussed prior to a verbal contract, which will clarify the details of my boundaries of services. Since it was understood that the leaves would be bagged by the prospect, it was not intended on being done at the time of service. I usually charge additional for bagging leaves and grass, but since it was already understood that it would be taken care of outside of my boundaries of it's, bagging the leaves were not discussed. I ended up spending an additional 3+hrs too."

I can not do the lawn by myself anymore, I called Mr McMillan he came out and gave me a more than fair estimate and I agreed. He told me he would be out within 2 days. He left and called about 2 hours later and said he had a crew close by and ask if they could stop, they did and the work was excellent. Lawn lots the best it ever has and it will get done every 2 weeks. Thanks for the great service!

Mr Allen contacted me right away. He stopped by and gave me an estimate, and was able to complete the job the same day. He arrived with his crew they were professional and very polite. Mr. McMillan did a great job in a timely manner, and for fair and reasonable price. Normally I do my own lawn care service, I am 65 now and needed to give it up for health reasons. I am happy with the services received and strongly recommend this lawn care service to anyone in need of a professional lawn care services.
