So disappointed. The method of cleaning did not actually extract any contaminants from the carpets. Mike sprayed a solution then used a rotational buffing pad. I had explained to him prior to his work that the dog was urinating throughout. He treated only small hallway with what he explained as a Peroxide solution. Once it was nighttime, I went through the house with a black light that shows urine in the dark. I found several spots throughout the house that were still severely stained. I took three videos and several pictures. I then contacted him and explained my dissatisfaction with the result. He did nothing but make excuses and refused to come back and make it right. He then hung up on me. The pictures I am including show only some of the remaining urine spots which are the same as they were prior to cleaning. I am so very disappointed with this company and with this method of cleaning. I do not feel my carpets have been professionally cleaned. A complaint is being lodged.

We are very pleased with the quality of work done. Living in the Northwoods, it is often difficult to find qualified professionals and to have them do as requested. Mike contacted us, stated when he would be able to clean our carpets and what the price would be. He arrived on time, did excellent work and charged the amount quoted. We definitely reccomend him. We need more people like him working in our community,

The cleanliness of the rug is unbelievable!! Matt was able to remove all deep, set-in pet stains and odors. Met in Green Bay for drop off and pick up. Great communication, and highly recommend this company!

Disappointed one pebble bathroom ok but the machines sprayed dirt on base boards. The slate bathroom looks the same I thought when you clean grout the tile would look better. I had to reclean the baseboards. Slate tiles had soar scum on them.

Mike was great to deal with. He was responsive to all phone calls in setting it up. He had truck trouble on the way to my house and was running late for our appointment. He called to let me know. When he got here, he was efficient and professional. He did great work and left my carpets looking great! He got up all the stains and I am so pleased!
