Mr. McNeil showed up ready to do the work and matched the estimate that I had received from another company. I had concerns about the cracks in our driveway, so he made sure they were sealed as well as possible, even coming back and applying a second coat. He made sure that I was fully satisfied.

Mr. McNeil is nice, and initially was responsive. He isn't the best returning calls or responding when he states he will. However, once we had an appointment to do the driveway he showed up on time and did a good job.

"i would like any potential customer know this was a two week process with Mr. doliber. I responded by emailing qoutes not only for him but his neighbors two driveways. I sent address for references as well he was very peticular on when I would do the driveway and by that I mean waiting for nuts to fall out of his tree so it would be a hinderence to driveway really with all the demands he had on me far as qoutes and when he wanted it done in shock by the rating"

Although I made a verbal commitment for them to do the work, when I found someone else to do the work much cheaper, the owner persuaded me to honor my verbal agreement with him because he had already purchased the materials for my job. His material cost was for a bag of asphalt-cold-patch and a container of asphalt sealing fluid. These should be in the tool kit of any small Asphalt Paving Company.

"hey I'm a honest guy Mr John L. gave me consent to do the work I purchased materials for his job he said he wanted to back out of agreement I explained to him that I had purchased materails for his specific job I actually knocked off more money for him during these conversation and he said come do the work which I did and honestly looked amazing long and short of it all he gave me consent to do work and I did."
