McNicholas Construction, Inc.

He is great.

I have known and used David for his work for many years. I would use him again. His skills are excellent.

very professional work. perfect.

I was impressed with the whole experience. It began with Dave contacting me immediately after requesting service. He showed to start the project at the time agreed upon. Dave and his team were friendly, hard working and it was obvious they took great pride in their work. The finished product exceeded my expectations and I will definitely seek his assistance in the future.

Dave has built numerous musical theatre sets for us. He has been available to consult on the design and fabrication process. Dave is responsive, affordable, has a great work ethic, and is a great carpenter. You will not be disappointed if youn hire this company. Gary D.

David built a second level around our existing deck to provide access our above ground pool for us. I was impressed with how well he listened during the initial consult and in a very short time was able to develop a plan incorporating all of our requests. He was quick and efficient and left us with a beautiful sturdy deck for a very reasonable price.

Dave and his guys were fast, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. The new roof is terrific.

Even when it proved harder and more difficult than expected, he made it work for the same price. He is by far the best contractor I've ever had the pleasure of working with and I intend to use his services for all future home renovations.

Dave does an excellent job, but more importantly, he really values honesty and transparency. When he quoted a fixture and it wound up being more expensive, he offered to eat the cost of the difference. We probably wouldn't have even realized it. I recommend him to anyone who is sick of dealing with scammers and dishonest contractors.

He was extraordinaire!
