After calling Steve about my well he made a Saturday appointment and called before arriving. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it and gave me pointers on continued maintenance. Efficient, knowledgeable and fair priced

Steve McPherson came out within a half our of my first call when I was concerned over variable water pressure from my well. He diagnosed the problem as needing a new tank, regulator and pressure gauge and came back and did the work the next day. He was knowledgable and professional and did a great job!

Holiday weekends I called at 7 AM on a Sunday expecting to get an answer machine and instead had Steve answer on the first ring. We had no water and he was out here and had it fixed this same morning!

I needed a new water well pump tank installed. After consulting other local plumbing contractors, and being an electrician (disabled) myself, and generally knowing materials, equipment, and labor costs, I went with McPherson. Not only did he do a good job of installing the water tank, but he installed a genuine Well-X-Trol tank -- and not the cheaper version that some companies like to install. Note to anyone who may need to install a new tank in the future: Do not down-size or use a smaller tank because it is cheaper or fewer people live in the house, have the correct sized tank for your house installed. You do not want to risk wearing out the well-pump because it is working too frequently or hard -- now that will cost you $$$.

Great experience. Steve came out within 24 hours, on a Sunday, to diagnose the problem. And was back the next day to replace the water tank. Fast, friendly and affordable.

They came out to my home on a Sunday morning and took the time to diagnose the problem. Reasonable and fair priced. I'll use them again and would recommend you do the same.

Great experience with McPherson well. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, and was willing to share his knowledge and experience about what was going on with my well. Pricing was fair, and was a quick turnaround from scheduling to having a brand new well pump. Very friendly and honest.

I can’t recommend Steve enough! Our well pump died on a Thursday night and by 12:30 the next day Steve was at our house, evaluated and diagnosed our issue, quoted me a price, and replaced our pump on budget in what I consider to be a short time with high end parts and components. If we ever have another issue he’ll be the person I call.

Our well pump had quit completely (i.e. no water at all in our house). I called Steve McPherson, described our issue, and he was able to get to us the same day. The quality of the components he uses are excellent, he was here when he said he?d be here, and completed our job without any issues or surprises. Prior to starting, Steve walked me thru every step of his process so I knew what to expect?he did everything as he said he would and in what I considered a very reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend him!

You cannot go wrong hiring Steve to fix your well system. He was prompt, prepared and had the necessary materials in stock. He not only fixed my problem (failed tank) but taught me a lot about how my system works. He recommended a larger tank than the original installation. He also helped me diagnose why my pump ran so loud. Great work, highly recommended. My well system is running better than it ever has.

Eric came out to inspect my well bladder. He was very professional and did a great job showing me the issues and providing recommendations. I found their pricing competitive and I would certainly call them again if I needed service on my well equipment.

Very prompt and good service

Late Sunday afternoon. Came home and saw water pouring from well. No pressure. Shut off circuit breaker. Called McPherson and Steve answered the phone. Came out early Monday morning and diagnosed the problem and gave estimate.Needed to get backhoe to dig deep trench to do repair. He got Miss Dig out quickly and he and Eric completed the repair the next day. Eric also replaced pressure tank. Professional job. Highly recommend.

Called them for service on my well pump, Steve came out right away and recommended a new pump and tank. They were scheduled to come out between 11am and 12pm but got there at 10:40 am. Eric was very professional and they had the installation done in no time and working best ever at a price that was pretty fair. Great service !

Excellent service. Steve arrived on time, diagnosed problem, and recommended installing new pump and pressure tank. I thought the price quoted was fair and the work was completed the same day, less than 24 hours after I first called. Eric and Pete were both personable and professional; they finished the work in a little over two hours and did a nice job sealing up the crawl space when they were finished. I had read the excellent reviews of McPherson before they came, and they certainly lived up to them.

I was overcharged significantly. They changed me $2485 for a 3/4 hp pump I found online for under $500 and spent 2 hours on the job. The installers were great, informative and did quality work. I had no bargaining leverage because I had no water for over 24 hours and needed it quickly.

Our pump went out on Fathers Day and we couldn't get anyone to call us. We went to Home Advisor and received our first call within 15 minutes. And they showed up early the next day and fixed our pump.

They responded to my inquiry almost immediately and showed up the same day!
