    I would give them no stars if I could and would never hire them nor recommend them. I agreed to pay a fee for them coming over which I did. They were looking at a switch but after 30 seconds of testing it was something else non electrical. Ok, well I already paid for the hour. Can you fix this outlet? Their response: I will charge you too much to do it, do it yourself. Um.. Ok, can you fix this light switch? Their response: That is a lot of work and I will charge you a lot for it. At this point, I am upset, paid them for coming over (as I agreed for coming over), and told them to leave. They clearly did not want to work.

    After reading your comment I spoke to the tech and helper separately, who went to your home and check our records. This was a call on 01/29/2021. They started their paperwork at 8:07 and ended at 8:27 this time is recorded by their device and does not include anytime prior to starting on the device or after the device is closed. They had the same story. A light switch was not the issue or even the reason for the call. You had a GFCI (1) receptacle that was tripping, that your refrigerator was plugged into. You replaced it and it was I still tripping. When my guys got there you had the fridge plugged into another GFCI(2) and it wasn't tripping. My guy tested both GFCI's and the one you replaced worked fine, this is the GFCI the refrigerator was plugged into and was tripping. The one that wasn't tripping with the fridge plugged in temporarily was not working correctly. My guy explains to you that your fridge was causing your GFCI to trip. My guy offered to replace the nonworking GFCI and you refuse. You did not want to pay for the part. The $149 is for the troubleshoot up to an hour and the material is extra. My guy asked if you had anything else for them to look at and you did. They looked at a broken box on your countertop. My guy told you what was wrong and what needs to be replaced and that he would have to change out the box and gave you a price to repair. You refuse this also. You said you would fix these items yourself. This is also written in the note section on your invoice that "the customer will fix". They even asked if there was anything else after these items and you said, No. Both employees both felt you were satisfied and neither said you came across as upset. You signed that you were satisfied.
