Service technician came out to check my sewer line. The accessed the problem gave me a price and were very knowledgeable explaining the problem. SF

The service was an annual inspection of our mini split system. Everything was deemed fine. It took just a few minutes. The technician was efficient and personable. Afterward my wife and I discussed whether it was worth the time trouble and expense. I would recommend that you add some sort of minor cleaning as part of the inspection. As Homeowners we clean the filters regularly. But we do see dirt in the units that collects outside the filter system. Be nice if the tech would clean those as part of the inspection service. This is not a reflection on the tech. It is a comment to management

Jordan and his associate were very professional. I know everyone says that but it's true. I had them install one receptacle for a stair lift. They knew exactly what I wanted and took charge. Done in less than two hours and cleaned up after themselves nicely. Good job guys.
