Jim was polite and friendly. He cleared the drain. He said in the bid it would take an hour for $115, but ended up taking 90 minutes, and I was charged for a full two hours. The bill was $210. It was during Covid-19 and he tried very hard to be sanitary and safe. The company is McReynolds Plumbing and Water Systems from Siloam Springs. Not sure why they don not use their real name on Home Advisor.

We hired NWA Plumbing but that's not who showed up to do the job. Someone with a firm called McReynolds Plumbing out of Siloam Springs came and spent 15 minutes on the job and the rest driving around town looking for a washer/gasket for which we were charged labor of $225 and parts $25. Not happy.
