Don is always there and knows his stuff! I have a 1930's furnace and its still working. He easily could recommend a new one but because it can continue working he won't upsell you unless absolutly necessary. Highly recommend. He's come numerous times over the years.

McSorley's is the most reliable service provider that we have contacted since purchasing our home. He responds right away, comes on time and takes care of whatever you need. We were concerned when buying an older home and were afraid that we might need a whole new heating system but McSorley is really helping us get the most out of the older system and recommends the best, not most expensive fixes. We took the year's service contract with him and are relieved to know that he will be there if we need him.

Donald called prior to arriving, was true to his word. Knew the problem immediately and resolved it. I cancelled the contract i had with COMFORT CONTROL, for their lack of service and inept work. I signed a yearly contract on the spot with McSorley..

They were very quick to respond. He came out and assessed the situation quickly - I entered into a contract as I didn't want to have to incur the additional cost of labor for the work that needed to be performed. I didn't get a second opinion so it's hard for me to compare him to other services. I had a problem later that night and they came out again - so far I am pleased.

MCSORLEY WAS VERY PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, AND ALSO INFORMATIVE. ALTHOUGH HE CHARGES BY THE HOUR AND GOT MY #4 OIL BOILER BURNER UP AND RUNNING IN 15 MINUTES, HE STOOD ANOTHER 45 MINUTES INSPECTING THE BOILER TO MAKE SURE THAT THE BOILER WAS RUNNING EFFICIENTLY. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE
