The Outerscapes

I call them they came out to look at what I wanted done. I needed some roots around some big trees ground up, I needed 2 culverts replaced, and the driveways graded and extended on one side of one driveway and also a low spot leveled with dirt. He went back and later sent me a quote which I agreed on. They came to do the job and it was done in a rush and very poorly. The roots were fringed and left where they were cut and the land was not leveled back out around the trees, so there are holes and lumps of dirt all around the trees. They never brought dirt to level the low spot, I was told they could level that off by grading around it. They did not do any grading. The drive way was not granted they just put crushed limestone where I wanted the driveway extended and maybe 1/2" on the existing drive way, which I was told would be 3" everywhere. They were here around 11:00 am first day, second day was around the same time. The second day they did no grading to the existing ground but instead rushed through getting the limestone spread in pouring down rain so they would not have to pay extra for the small grade they rented. And on top of all this poor work they did not check to see what the Parish code, or regulations were for the culverts and put 12" culverts in and now I am having to replace them again with 18" culverts. This job was done on a Thursday & Friday. I called the owner Mike and discussed how unhappy I was with the job, he came out on Monday looked around and acknowledged that the job was not done very well. And then called me back wanting me to buy more limestone for a job I already paid to have done. I told him to forget it if I need to pay more I will have someone else fix their mess up. I would never call or recommend anyone to them.

They did a really good job it was a little rough getting started but after that I'm very pleased with what they did.
