After a chimney fire this spring, an inspection of the flue showed a buildup of creosote, a smoke chamber design that was prone to building up creosote, and several cracked clay tiles at the top of the flue. I had probably five contractors provide me with ways to address these issues and the cost to fix them. By far McBrien Flre and Flue had the best explanation of what the real issues were and a game plan on how to proceed which gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and were giving me an honest appraisal. I elected to go with McBrien because I felt confident in their expertise and honesty. Earlier today the McBrien crew, led by Eric, showed up on time. They were polite, professional, and respectful of my home and property. The work was completed as promised, at the price promised, and on time. I am very pleased with McBrien and their work, and highly recommend them. I will continue to use them for my annual chimney cleanings. A pleasure to work with.

Omar gave me a fair and realistic price for a fireplace stainless steel pipe, a furnace stainless steel pipe, full masonry work on the chimney, flashing around the chimney and capping each pipe. Omar and his crew came in and finished in one day. They were very professional, clean and efficient. They did a great job and I'd highly recommend them. I'm personally going to use them every year for chimney cleaning and any other work I may need in the future.

After discovering what appeared to be a leak coming from the roof down the side of our chimney. McBrien's did a prompt estimate and provided a detailed analysis (with photos) of the failed flashing at the base of our chimney. The two-man team made the recommended repairs and mounted a cap (which was missing) in a timely, professional manner.

Eric and his crew were amazing! Eric took the time to explain the needed repairs and how they would work for us. Being from Texas this was all new. He explained the other heating options we had in our home and answered questions about future upgrades we were thinking of. They were professional and friendly. Cleaned up and gave us before and after pictures. They did a great job.

Chris was professional. Adrian was pleasant as well. The two worked well together. Chris explained what they were doing before he started. Originally I called to have 2 flues cleaned but had a steel tube inserted in wood stove flue. Chris explained my options and answered my questions. I am happy with the experience.

Quick turnaround, they were able to come out the next day after raising the issue we were seeing with our furnace. They quickly diagnose the issue and in a few hours their crew was able to completely replace our furnace duct liner and ensured that they corrected the issues they saw along the way. Omar and his team did a great job. Was supposed to be a cleaning and capping but after inspection a new flue was needed. Showed pictures of damage and pictures of completed job. Team was friendly and made sure to educate me on options and consequences of those options. Highly recommend.
