Lenders and private parties are welcome to call today and discuss your assignment. If you need an appraisal for PMI removal, estate, divorce, property tax appeals, FSBO or feasibility consulting, I can provide full appraisal or restricted use ( less detail, less cost ) reports. They will be fully supported and defensible. Base fee is $375 and varies by the complexity of the assignment, to be paid upon inspection.
