I want to make sure it's done correctly without damaging your property. Not to run my mower, or weed eater into your house, siding, plants and anything else that it could damage. I can land scape, can cut trees, remove shrubs, remove the debris. I can get insurance to do work. If I need a skidsteer or other equipment am qualified to to operate. I can build wooden decks, or use pavers to create a patio. Electrical - I do basic electric work. Change out light fixtures, ceiling fans, Replace damaged outlets, light switches. Install dehumidifier, undersink water filter, whole house water filters, garbage disposal, replace microwaves, install out door solar lights. Run side lights or a post light. Fencing - I am very good at installing and repairing fencing, Chain link, wood fencing, goat fencing, gates, any. Shingles - I can repair or replace metal or shingles styled roofs. I can fix leaks and troubleshoot to determine where the water is coming in. Clean out gutters, or leaf guards, install new gutters. Dig a drain line for your gutters. pressure wash outside of home and pressure wash side walks and drive ways. Plumbing - I do Plumbing, repair or replace copper, PVC, Add new sinks, change out sink or shower faucets. run new plumbing, fix leaks around comodes, under sinks and out side faucets. Decks - Will replace or repair wooden decks. I will use screws or nails using strict construction practices. Will clean up and carry away.
