McKee Brothers did NOT do the job they were hired to do, unfortunately. I requested to be reimbursed but that hasn't happened. Had to hire another plumber who DID install the NEW parts and showed me the "NEW" part that McKee Brothers was supposed to install. Highly disappointed BUT lesson learned and that I will now always watch the install. Can't trust anybody!!

They went out of their way to get it done today. Brian went out to get the parts and when they didn't have the parts needed Brian, personally went out of his way to locate another supplier. Quality, affordable and personable.

Were flexible, got my ice and water line installed. They have to go up in the attic because my fridge was across the front the sink and it wasnt close to any water line. They got it done in a fews hours. I highly recommend them. Thank you McKee Brothers.

$650 to replace a controller and cover exposed wires with electrical tape seems a bit high. Got my sprinklers working though. Work was fast and efficient.

Very quick to respond. They called to set up an appointment within an hour of me requesting service. They also we able to come the next day and fix my problem. My address was wrong on the request and he was super nice about the mix up. He also got the job done very quickly and professionally.
