Tom McNeeley did an appraisal of my home for a property tax appeal before the Illinois property tax appeal aboard (PTAB) and provided expert testimony supporting his appraisal at the appeal hearing before the administrative law judge (ALJ). His appraisal was comprehensive and fair and his testimony before the ALJ was thorough and skillful. Tom was very accommodative with his time and was easy to work with. I thought his fee for the appraisal and for his expert testimony were very fair. I highly recommend using McNeeley Appraisals, particularly with respect to property tax cases.
