It has been 8 years since the work was done and we are still finding issues. The three latest: Covering soffit vents with insulation in our attic and failing to install baffles to properly ventilate the space. Attaching flex duct straps with screws to the air intake return instead of the floor joists. What idiot would purposely puncture the return? Shoving a 10" flex duct in a 6 inch opening between two piers supporting the home. Mead does only 4 things right: 1-insulate and seal the air handler; 2-shower dry system 3-distribute dehumidifed air with ductwork 4- Con people. Under scrutiny, the bulk of their work was found to neither code compliant, correct, nor complete. No fresh air brought into the home; WIFI, permeable tarps (not acceptable vapor retarders or barriers), insufficient warranties, invalidating warranties with customizations. The list goes on and on. Anyone who has work done by them should have it scrutinized by a building code professional

They are extremely knowledgeable, workmanlike manner, they are truly masters of their craft. They are very accommodating and easy to work with, always willing to explain what needs to be done thoroughly. Highly responsive. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to use them in the future.

Mead Indoor Air really helped us out in a hurry. We had to have mold removed from our crawlspace out of concern for our child who has leukemia. They contacted us quickly, and got the work done on time. We're all breathing easier!
