Barry was very knowledgeable, made suggestions, corrected odd plumbing during installation. Andrew was helpful in explaining the risks of arsenic poisoning with different solutions.

We moved into our new home 3 months back and the water purifier system started throwing a caution light. We have no experience with water systems and did not know what to do. Found out about Jim that he may have installed it. He returned our calls promptly and initially recommended replacing the head with the newer model based on his experience with the bad old design. He came the next day and said we dont have salt in our brine tank and that we do not need to spend anything on replacement. Voila, we added the salt and now its gone. We are happy and satisfied. Thank you Jim for your honest and professional advice.

4 1/2 stars! Jim is easy and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in fixing their water problems. He is currently selling a more compact unit, that will take the place of your salt tank and the main sediment reduction unit. I would definately opt for more space, as opposed to having a lot of filtration systems being tied up in the garage or your pump house.
