Mecc Roofing, LLC

I wish I could give a higher rating. MECC went above and beyond everything I expect from a company

Chuck explained the process of handling a claim through the insurance company, where as other companies did not. Showed me Mecc Roofing cared about the customer, as well as, the roof.

From the first call to the end of the roofing project, this company and its personnel were the absolute best in everything from customer service, knowing their type of business and products inside and out, to the roofing crew. Carrie is the very nicest person to deal with and she worked diligently with my insurance company to get done what needed to get done. There was never any pressure on me as the homeowner for payment when my insurance company was difficult to deal with. The roof was done in a little over two days, actually totally three separate roofs for all the structures, with very good cleanup of debris and very nice working crew. I really like this company as it is a local company; not some fly by night roofing company. I definitely very highly recommend Mecc Roofing to any residential and/or commercial property owner who wants great quality work with great people. They are a great company and an asset to the Colorado Springs community.

Quality work for a fair price, they did the roof quickly and cleaned up very well. The crew was very friendly and professional with minimal inconvenience for us and the neighbors. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Roof leaks have many possible causes - Chuck took the most probable, fixed it, and will follow up if needed. very knowledgeable, very informative and great customer service. Pleasant experience from the first contact with the receptionist and his quick response and advice. Will definitely use his service in the future and recommend him.

Chuck was excellent - great customer service, easy to work with, did excellent work repairing roof. Will definitely use again and would recommend for any roof work.

Great customer service! Easy to work with and knowledge was great.

Very friendly, quick repair. Checked roof for issues afterwards, and didn't find any. Would recommend.

I had ever had a insurance claim before MECC Roofing worked with me and explained the whole process. They took care of everything, the job has been completed and it is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was very happy with every aspect of my experience with Mecc Roofing, LLC. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a home repair / improvement company of any kind. I would not hesitate to recommend them (in a heartbeat).

Professional from start to end. Extremely happy with the work performed, really good price! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Chuck from Mecc Roofing arrived early, was true to his quote and finished the job that day. He was courteous, professional and quick. After calling several other roofers and being stood up, Chuck at Mecca was a refreshing change. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

The new roof looks great.

I thought I needed a new roof. When they came out to inspect it I was told my roof was actually in good shape except for one small place where a few shingles had blown off. He repaired it while he was here. The other companies that came out all said I needed a total roof replacement. When I do need one I will be calling MECC. I really appreciate their honesty

very nice employees, prompt response, great work. I would hire them again.

Excellent experience with this company. I would highly recommend them. They are a local company, easy to contact and quick response to any questions.

Professional.

Chuck was very responsive when performing the estimate. The price was reasonable for the work completed.

Chuck did a great job of responding promptly to my call, and assessing the repair needed for my roof without trying to upsell me. He did the repair on the spot and threw in some preventative work, which I really appreciated, for a very reasonable price. He was very professional, competent, caring, trustworthy, and responsible. I highly recommend him.

I felt very comfortable with this company. This is a rental home so I can not always be there but I felt I was in good hands.

They were great and responsive. I had a very hidden leak that they were abler to find and take care of

It was fine.

my roof was leaking, chuck came in and tarped my roof which put a stop to any further leaking, till his team came in to replace the roof. I was not available to watch them replace the roof, so chuck took pictures. this was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this roofing team.

Excellent customer service! Highly recommend Chuck and his crew to anyone and everyone. Prompt, professional and courteous.

Chuck was awesome. He knows the Colorado Springs area, the type of weather we get here, and the proper pay to install and protect your roof. He provided some valuable advice that saved me a ton of time and money. He took the time to explain the issue, provide me options, and take a common sense approach to resolving the issue. There are a lot of con artists out there, but Chuck is an actual Professional. I will definitely be calling him again, if I have any other roofing issues.
