    I discovered Salty and his guys several years back after a string of bad experiences with others over 20 years. They are reliable and their pricing is fair. Last week my unit went down. It was 20 years old and it was time to replace it. They were here an hour and a half after my call and put a bandaid on it to get me thru the weekend (at no charge) Monday morning they were here and replaced it. This is how they roll. The two best things I can say about them is they don't hire summer help who have certificates but can't keep a job. Their people are year round and on the ball. The other thing that impressed me was any time I have called on off (nights /weekends) hours the person who has always answered the phone is the guy that that owns the company. You just don't see that level of service anymore. I recommend them anytime someone brings up the subject of household A/C

    This was the only company I talked to that had a ladder long enough to reach the roof of my 2nd floor condo. Technician arrived ahead of schedule and replaced a broken transformer and melted wires quickly and for a fair price. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend.

    They checked on my fathers a/c same day, made sure it was working. It was the hottest day in AZ, another a/c company went to ck on it and said he needed a new unit, that was not the case. Only 2 relays were needed to get his unit up and running. I would definitely recommend Mechanical Brothers, 5 stars ⭐️ in my book!

    The service reps were good and efficient. Replaced a Honeywell damper motor. This is a part that costs no more than $125 retail. Total with labor $530 less sr discount of $480. Part didn't come in a box and didnt see the defective part when the rep left. Leaves me with questions. After service call charge deducted part cost $432. I can handle a reasonable markup but this was beyond reasonable!
