Loved this company. Received in home quotes from about 8 contractors both big and small and Mechanical Comfort Systems provided me with a solid comfort level that they had the knowledge and experience to recommend the right solution and get the job done right. Showed up as expected for quote appointment and on the scheduled install date at the stated time. Called ahead as promised. Great customer service from Brandy in the office. They do what they say they will do and they do it well. Very friendly and professional. Recommend.

Although they were behind scheduled time to come over, they worked throughout lunch time and managed to complete on time.

Customer service was great, and the price was in-line with other places, and fast service. We had a whole replacement of the outside and inside. I would have liked to see a better install for the furnace and new thermostat - the new thermostat should have gone where the old one was, and even tho the new furnace was a tight fit, they didn't offer to come back and repair the case molding, or give me a discount on the damage done, and I believe they should have put a disconnect box on the outside of the home, to make it easier for any future repairs needed. Other than that, am very happy with the cooling and heating!

Courteous, prompt, friendly,knowledgeable Roel arrived to give us an estimate when he said he would. In this day and time, that in itself is unusual. Called another place here in town and had to literally 'beg' them to send someone out to talk. Roel came from the other side of Dallas and wowed us with his product, prices and professionalism. We were originally only going to replace 1 system, but his prices were so good, we opted to go ahead and replace both systems. His crew was amazing, checked with me constantly throughout the whole process. Cleaned up after themselves.... GREAT JOB!!!!

Very professional. Roel and his crew installed what they said they will install and did it in less than a day. They also cleaned up after they finished. I had a follow up with the Thersmostat that was resolved right away. I highly recommend them...

On time and they will go the extra mile to do what the customer wants. I will and from now on rely on them for any future AC work.

their price was substantially lower than other places I contacted. they discovered a problem in our ductwork that others had failed to detect. They were able to install a system the day after I contacted them.
