Mechanical Services, LLC, is a new company in the Virginia construction market. Started in 2001, its work and company development has been remodeling / retrofit projects ranging from light commercial all the way through to industrial and municipal. It is our desire to fill the growing need for solutions in today's strained construction marketplace. Through an analysis of current building performance and maintenance issues, equipment specifications can be addressed. What company is not concerned with value and cost ? Yet dozens of existing buildings, renovations, and even some new systems recently commissioned are unable to meet the demand, provide comfort or perform process adequately which becomes a constant drain on energy and budget. We are a hvac, plumbing, gas, controls, piping service company. Our focus is design consultation, repairs, modifications, service, and preventative maintenance. Although we have and will perform smaller construction projects, we offer the Virginia marketplace quality service and solutions. We have the ability to assess, specify, perform modifications and preventative maintenance to most types of hvac, plumbing, gas, and controls equipment and situations. For facilities with in house staff, we offer the option of a consultation / training program based on your particular facilities needs. We are also pleased to offer business or individual consultation such as tech knowledge and product sales training.
