Customer service was not great. I was given misinformation several times concerning arrival times by people in the office. Installation however was another story. "Forrest" was very pleasant, friendly and professional. He installed 5 grab bars in a new porcelain tile shower enclosure. I was somewhat nervous as I had been told by other installers that porcelain tile was very difficult and they would most likely crack some tile in the process. One guy told me he would "give it a shot, but no guarantees". Even though I had to sign a waiver for possible damage, the MedMart installer knew exactly what he was doing. He did a great job and there were no chips or cracks. Price was as quoted and was really no more than other estimates. Would definitely hire again, and I highly recommend them for this service.

They sent someone to the house to repair a chairlift. He hooked up the batteries and tried the handle switch. When nothing happened he immediately said the switch was bad. I told him I had a spare switch but he said he didn't need it and promptly cut the wires and spliced them together. When that didn't work he then cut and spliced wires under the foot rest. When that didn't work he told us that the thermocoupler was bad. How he knew this I have no idea since he did not test anything with a meter. He said not to worry though they had bins full of the part and he would bring one out the next day. When he did not show up we called his place of business and were told that they would not be able to fix the lift for less than 900.

I had a great experience working with Med Mart. It was easy to make appointments and the people that came to the house were professional, timely and hard working. The finished project looks great and my grandmother loves it! Because of this remodel to her bathroom, she is able to stay in her home and feel safe doing activities of daily living.
