Steve was prompt and straight up. He was more than willing to work with us. I would highly recommend him. Due to this economy though, my husband was told that his work is slowing down and he will not be working full weeks. His work will not pick up until spring.

It went very well. He gave me a quote on an original project. The quote was in range of others I had gotten. Because of budget I had to trim the project down alittle. Steve was kind enough to give me another quote. He took the time to work with me to keep me in my budget. Instead of an addition I decided to pitch the roof on my flat roof house. It looks great. Thanks

Medallion Developers did an awesome job. They showed up on time, they were very easy to work with and I was extremely pleased with the final product. I would definately use them in the future and recommend them to a friend.

Our overall experience was excellent. The Medallion workers were professional and polite. They worked in a rain storm to get a portion of our roof covered before interior damage could occur. The owner even personally intervened and helped work with us on a hail damage claim with our insurance company. I would recommend this company to anyone in the future.

Overall honest individual; no hidden agenda. Outside excavation, siding (wood) and concrete work, I was most pleased with. I've already referred him others.
