614 Builders, LLC

My husband and I are thrilled with our new deck. Juan and his team are professional, paid meticulous attention to detail, and crafted an amazing finished product. We are so happy with the job they did and highly recommend them!

Juan Medina and his crew at 614 builders were very fast at responding to my work order request. Juan gave me a very reasonable quote for a front porch removal and rebuild. Juan had many great ideas that would improve the look of the new porch, which added to the curb appeal of my home. I will definitely use 614 builders for future home improvements. Robert R. Wonderful, beautiful, job well done. Juan and his team did a wonderful professional job, building a deck you can brag about to your neighbors. Don't waste your time dealing with other contractors when Juan and 615 builders can build a deck within a reasonable price. Les/Bellevue

Glad we chose 614 Builders to update our shower in our main bathroom! Great communication and their team got the job done in a timely manner. Thank you!!

614 Builders called me very quickly. Juan Medina called me to set up an appointment, he came to my home within two days and gave me several options he could complete for my porch project. He showed me several options for materials and how his crew would complete the project. Once started the project took two days. The agreement on price of project was very fair, and I will use 614 Builders once again in the spring for concrete work on my driveway. The porch came out beautifully and ads greatly to my home. We had to replace a 25-year-old deck that was falling apart. 614 Builders had the best price among the bids we sought. More importantly, they were the best to work with. Juan Medina was personable and professional. He has a good sense of design, too. Ours was just a simple rectangular deck, but Juan advised us on how to get the most from the materials needed, and the result is pleasing in form and function. He and his crew were also respectful of our property (including our pets) and our neighbors. Juan also stayed in touch with us about required permits and inspections as well as with delays caused by all of the rain that poured on us these past few weeks. 614 Builders is absolutely the best!

Excellent in all respects

The 614 Builders team did an amazing job replacing my floor on my main floor, trim, media wall and stairs of my home! Juan really took the time to walk me through every process and was patient with me. He also has great taste as he influenced me on what color my flooring was as I had no idea what color scheme I was going for. The prices were very much affordable and Juan really worked with my budget. I will definitely be reaching back out to the 614 Builders team for any home projects. 11 out of 10!

Juan and his crew were great to work with and did the work in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them.

Juan was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Him and his crew were very respectful of my home and schedule, and the project was delivered on time and on budget. 10/10 would recommend!!

Juan and his team were amazing! Friendly, punctual and clean. Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Juan Medina and his team did an excellent job for us. We had an extended roof overhang above our back patio which was installed by the previous owner some 40+ years ago. The supporting structure was beginning to lean and sag. Juan designed a beautiful pergola to replace it. He started the work on schedule and was there every business day plus some weekend days until it was completed. There were a couple of bad weather days, but Juan always called or texted to let us know if his team was not going to be there or if they were going to be delayed. He checked in periodically to make sure we were happy with the progress, and was very gracious when we changed our minds about a pretty major design element, which caused a day of re-work for him and his team. This caused the project to go over budget, but not significantly and he made sure we were aware and approved it before making the changes. We were very impressed with Juan and recommend him highly to anyone!

They did an outstanding job installing my new pergola system on my existing patio. Even when unexpected challenges came up, they took the time to get everything done right. I had originally planned to tackle this project myself, but I’m so glad I decided to hire them instead—their expertise and attention to detail made all the difference.

Installed new flooring and carpet throughout the house. Did an excellent job and completed them in a timely manner! Great to work with!

The customer service was top-notch, and they did an amazing job fixing and sealing the weatherstripping around both of my garage doors. Now, my garage stays about 30 degrees cooler inside compared to outside after replacing the old, worn-out seals.

Juan and his team did an amazing job on my roof, siding and gutters. Fast and efficient and walked me through every question I had and answered them perfectly for me. 10/10 will recommend to everyone looking for a contractor.
