They only guarantee their rodent work for one month. The rodents did not go away. The first guy who came out did not inspect thoroughly for holes where the rodents could possibly enter the basement and the attic. He threw around rat poison and set out traps, which never caught anything. I called the office, and the secretary said rudely, "It seems like you're one of those people who aren't satisfied with anything." What? Would you be satisifed if you continued to see new fresh rodent droppings in your attic and heard rats running around up there? The owner came himself and did a more thorough job of looking for possible entering points.

TECHNICIAN WAS VERY THROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL. WILL BE CONTRACTING THEM FOR QUARTERLY SERVICE

Mr Luna was great. He inspected the entire house and gave me feedback on all other problems he saw without an extra charge or a solicitation for business. The follow up was just as timely and thorough. I expect to call Medina should I ever need pest control services in the future.

To date skunk problem not solved. Medina has been paid. The only reason they have two stars is because the receptionest has been helpful.

Medina Pest Control contacted me and I went with them. Adelade and Saul inspected my house on Saturday, October 10. They were on time, professional, curteous and we'll see the results Tuesday, October 20th. Elvira in the office is very helpful and accomodating. So far, I'm satisfied with the company. They were very professional, helpful, cooperative, proactive. I appreciated that they release the animals back into the wild. They came back out Monday to clear out a trap that caught the mother possum over the weekend, notwithstanding that we had discussed and scheduled a Tuesday meeting and check. I was very happy with the service.

They only placed mouse traps & poison no liquid or anything else. I feel I could off done that myself. I thought they were going to spray from the outside of my house through the inside.

They were professional, showed up on time, made a concerned effort to eradicate the problem with the racoons.....set traps. After days NO Racoons..................(typical) But, he returned with a co-worker and sealed off area of entrance and solved our problem. I would definately use them again for services. The company is friendly and did the job.

I received a call with in 5 minutes of placing service request. I had two company's give me an estimate, however Medina sent it in writing. I was able to review the contract and make my decision quickly. The service was started 3 days later. All of my tenants were pleased with David's professionalism as was I. I have since decided to set up a monthly contract with Medina pest service. Excellent company!

David Luna was professional and an expert. He was courteous, thorough, on time, neat, and he found a rodent the first day! I would recommend this company highly.
